The faculty at USAGPAN includes PhD and DNP researchers trained in an array of disciplines ranging from Neuroscience, Pharmacology, and Physiology to Education and Curriculum Development.  Currently, faculty have received over two million dollars in extramural funding through successful grant applications.  Research areas include:

·         Comparative Resuscitation

·         Hemostasis

·         Intraosseous and Intravenous Access Comparison

·         PTSD

·         Pharmacokinetics

·         High Fidelity Simulation

·         Ultrasound Regional Anesthesia

Graduate students at USAGPAN are required to develop and defend a Thesis Proposal, conduct a Thesis Defense, develop a Research Poster for public presentation, and submit a manuscript of their completed work for publication.
